I'm guessing they are a bit that regularly gets lost or is missing,may be something to do with the under seat tool tray

Mounting brackets for the front splash guards between the outrigger on the chassis and on the bottom of the seat box?

... all though i must confess that i dont have rear quarter lights in my truck cab. I had the holes for them but i just warmed up side pannal off the bath and stuck it in the holes.
