Snow...

Woke up this morning to this:

We recieved the message the schools were close, however I decided I had enough to be getting on with workwise to make it worth the trip to the workshop and get on.
The 110 needed a bit of snow scraping off.

One of the better bits of road, some bits had drifts up to 4ft deep. I helped a guy get his car unstuck whilst I was passing.

A few Christmas card images?

Anyways, the snow started coming down somewhat heavier about half 1, so I decided discretion was the better part of valour and that getting home whilst I still had option would be a good idea.
On the way back I came across an abandoned van stuck in a drift, and passed a snowplough up to its axles in a ditch.
The local tractor workshops AEC Militant was seen heading out towards it about 20 minutes later.
Hoping things clear up over the weekend so I don't have to disappoint anyone.
