first off, sorry this is a bongy question :o but fully paid up member with ruth :D :D
having just bit the bullet and bought myself a 130 as a replacment for my 110 home made mobile workshop
i wondered
who or where the conversion would have been done?
how much of the final landy was supplied/shipped out by landrover - winch ,generator, quadtech body , white vinyl over the red paint etc ?

That was an e-on/ Central networks vehicle when new, that red paint shade is unique to them. Would have had winch, ladder rack, inverter, night heater and racking when new. When Western Power Distribution bought central networks (I think it was in about 2010?) they changed everything to white vehicles, which may explain the vinyl wrap, but that again could have been done by the fire people. From Land Rover it would have probably been a chassis cab with no back body, depends on what bodies Land Rover supplied. The body on my 130 box van is not ex-factory. Winch, treadplate etc would have been fitted by a third party, factory supplied vehicle was probably pretty basic.
