Now like most I assume, I though that all 127s had such rims, going on the thought that they were just a modernised version of the 569204 which was still being seen in the early 80s on things like Series III fire tenders, and were fitted to the 127 as it had a higher gross weight than a 110. Recently I found some nice photos of two SEB 127 V8s, one A reg, the other E reg, and noticed that both vehicles are on 5.5" rims with 7.50x16 tyres. A check of my photo stash shows that the photo I have of a brand new mid-1980s 127 is also on 5.5" rims. So, when did the ANR rim come into being? I do have a photo of a late 1980s MEB 127 on deep dish rims, vehicle still has the silver grille badge so before 1989.

Also, am I right that for the 1990 model year (the one BEFORE the Defender re-brand) that the 130 had its own grille badge alongside the "90" and "110" badges?
