Santana 2000 Landrovers

Postby Wheeledbeast » Mon Sep 09, 2013 2:20 pm

Any body know anything about these old beasts? My Spanish is not up to much so I don’t know what they are on about, but they look cool. A bit like a diesel train. Any way check out the guy who uses all of his ramp/departure angle.

To add some more:

The Santana 2000 was a Spanish rework of the 101, utilising the same basic chassis and axles, although suspension was different being multi leaf springs under the axles, as opposed to the 2 leaf 101 items mounted above.

Powered by the Santana six cylinder (an extra 2 pots on a 2.25) not sure what gearbox. Even lower production numbers than IIB FC and 101, some sources say less than 1000.

Not pretty, but then some would say the same about a 101.

8-) That's cold I've never used a program to change the language of a website before. Unfortunately, it is still difficult to understand a strange kind of pigeon English. Im south could not say exactly ugly, that seems a little strong, perhapsed visually challenged is a better thing to say. Land Rover is a pity resigned civialian plans for a 101, but it's nice to see that Santana gave him a chance. Sal I have put this through the translator spaniel and back.
