Re: Tyre direction

I would say YES.
In your picture the one on the right is sitting in a different direction than the others.

Re: Bulkhead Questions

Hello Steve,
yes a standard bulkhead from a similar year will be a suitable replacement. It will need a few extra holes and the ribbed floor panel replaced with a flat panel.
I have just done the same on my 2A FC, but i still had the original rusty bulkhead to copy.

Hello Bob,
unfortunately this forum is not very active anymore. It was once very busy, but now there must be a 'facebooky thing' where everyone has gone to. Still lots of good info in the threads.

Re: Prop driven cooling fan question

Hello Theodor,
I would keep the shaft. Make sure the shaft is balanced. Keep a regular check on the pump, and if the pump wears, the bearing is the same as all S2-S3 4&6 cly engines (RP#523354)

Hello Andrew,
sounds like a big job building one from scratch. Can you not import a 1300 from Spain? Where abouts are you?

Re: ENV Rear Axle

Hello Johnny,
'a few degrees' is about normal as there will be some movement in the splines at the drive flanges.

Re: Hello from Cumbria

Hello Jack, a far as I know there is no workshop manual for the 2A or 2B FC. The L-R workshop manual 4611, Dec 1963 has a 'FC supplement' & the 'six cyl supplement' in the rear. A link to the parts Catalogue can be found here; https://900club.org/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=53 There is more info in the ear...

Re: First post Oz long time viewer!

Have a read of this thread; https://900club.org/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=1403&hilit=rim It should clarify details of the different rims.
No One Toners in NZ either, (or have not found any in the last 30 years)

Re: 8.25 x 16 - will they fit?

I have 285-75-16 on a D90, they are about the same size. They clear the panels ok.
