I've got a spare one ton box, rear gearbox pto and two piece prop with centre beating support on bobbin mounts. Box a bit rumbly in neutral. It's currently in a swb 2a so got a 2a swb bellhousing but have a few 6 cyl 2a bellhousing lying around.

I'm going to put 42A's old winch (complete set up) soon, to raise funds for a chassis. Same as your bar the valve block I think.

Dan,
As the 569204 were already specified as standard eqpt on 1 tons (one assumes so as they are specified in the parts book) therefore there wouldn't b a need to specify them on the build card, surely?
I would be interested in what variations on the 1 ton (569204) rim exist; you say there are 2?

The Mazda Perkins 6.247 would be my choice, revs to 3500, but good torque and reasonable fuel economy, and smoothness. I have one that I bought as a project but but needed a piston, ring set, head gasket, which is where I found a major obstacle - no parts in the UK, and v difficult to get hold anywh...

Look at the angle of the bonnet; if there had been a spare on there it would have slid backwards and made it impossible to open up the vents.
